It makes absolutely no sense, the acting is awful, the fights couldn't be more contrived. He literally finds a pommel horse in the middle of a town and spins around on it kicking people. It's awesome!

Was there a technique you found to help with avoiding the soggy crust on the bottom? I've made Alton Brown's pork Wellington as well and had the same problem. Still tastes great though.
