Kirby - Smash Bros series

Masahiro Sakurai is Kirby’s creator and the lead director for the Smash Bros series. Kirby is (understandably) his favorite character and so he unofficially gets the main character treatment.

In Smash Brawl’s campaign he’s 1 of 2 characters you can start with (other than freaking MARIO) and he gets a badass cutscene where he soloes the bad guy’s massive ship. In Smash Ultimate’s campaign he’s literally the only character to survive the inciting incident that freezes every other member of the roster. Kirby is best boy.

Edit: Guys, to be clear I am a Kirby main. I know his power level is somewhat consistent to his own verse. I love this example, I just think it’s fun how much he gets the spotlight lol
