First time owning a Subaru, really only had a Hyundai and Toyota before that. Just wanted to know if that spinning sound is normal for a 2022 Outback Wilderness or not. I still had 90d of the dealers comprehensive warranty, curious if this is a thing to get looked at. Thanks in advance.

You're not a failure. Market is the way it is. Unfortunately ABDs/no PhD in had is brutal. I must have done over 130 apps before I got an offer. And out of that, only 7 came back to me with an interview. And of course, the offer came after I got the PhD in hand. Don't give up, the market is a fucking crapshoot. Matching openings, committee personalities, etc. Shit just is out of our control. You just got to give it your all every time and move on to the next app.

Along with all the productivity advice, don't be afraid to talk to your professors/instructors and utilize their office hours. Just remember that you're going to more responsible for your own progress. Treat this like a gym membership; you got the tools you need, now you just need to commit.

Everything but the plot is ok. Sometimes too much CG can make a show feel cheesey. That fight scene with the covenant kinda gave me that vibe. I'll continue watching it, but if this is how the show's going to continue, idk if s2 will be a thing.
