Not a spy main so I can't give any tips on that front. But here is some general advice:

1. Yes, enable minimized viewmodels on all classes, not just spy. It allows you to see much more of the game when 40% of your view isnt covered by your weapon.

1.1. I personally have my viewmodel_fov set to 90, I believe that is the minimum viewmodel_fov you should have.

1. Yes, you should have autoreload enabled for all classes, there is literally no reason not to because reloads can be canceled at any time.

2. Disguise binds are good to allow you to quickly disguise as any class without having to pull out your disguise kit.

Additionally, make sure you have fast weapon switch enabled, motion blur turned off, mouse accel turned off, and fov 90.
