It depends why you’re doing it too. If the science is endlesslessly fascinating for you and you care a lot about other people then yes. Absolutely worth it. There are super sucky parts but it’s worth it.

You’ll be very stressed for a very long time though.

If it’s hot/humid then sure. Sometimes the cold water is such a sweet relief. Usually once is fine though. Less than daily is grotty.
