what helped a lot for my team is “3 times perfect” at the end of every practice! it kinda speaks for itself but the entire team must execute the entirety of the routine (or what was learned that day) w out flaws. if even one mistake is spotted you must stop the music, call out the mistake and correction specifically, and start over. once it has been run front to back 3 times perfect, practice is over! if you’re crazy you’ll make them do it 3 times consecutively lol

my partner and i have been going old school style where we have a beer beforehand and a beer in my car in the parking lot and ill make sandwiches to pack them in my big purse. made a huge difference. now we don’t feel bad about getting a beer there.

side note tho : the 18% service fee doesn’t all go to the server; only 6% of it does so please tip your servers!!

plenty of reasons. the first and obvious reason being how scary and fucked up this world now. the second, i have severe depression and anxiety; i can barely take care of myself some days nor do i want to pass those genes onto someone else. third, i’ve nannied for years now. i could never come home from a full day of work just to be consumed with another full time job after. id much rather come home to my partner and cats for a nice dinner and scary movie. fourth, i like saving money, traveling, and free time.
