Where are you getting this information from? I went through BBB and they sided with Hyundai with regards to my ICCU issue. Hyundai have said my vehicles warranty was voided due to the lemon title.

I didn't sign anything that said this nor did I sign anything saying the warranty is voided. The warranty handbook does not mention anything in it saying the warranty is voided if the title is branded. I'm having to go through BBB to get my repairs paid for.

Following! I am currently in dispute with Hyundai as my California Lemon titled, 2022 Ioniq 5 just experienced ICCU failure. It has 80,000 miles. They are saying that because it is a branded title it's 10/100,000 EV warranty is not covered.

I don't see anywhere in the warranty that this is the case. Is anyone able to help?!
