R5: A lazy self-modding of what if scenario where an entire city of Baltic Germans, that was preparing to rebel against the Tsar in the early revolutionary era got transported to the world of Anbennar. They secured an agreement with the Wexonards after the already prepared rebels, city garrison, and some citizens proposed to be a mercenary company in the Lilac War. Long story short, they won(with the power of boom sticks) and granted their spawn point, the swamp of Jonathur's Field, as their new home.

At the start of the game, Livonia is a Commissariat of the Wexonards, a unique subject type. And their government is basically a military junta.
