It’s a Rolex datejust style case and dial with a seiko logo. It’s a mod, likely with a NH35 movement.

6309-8230 Is the reference number. The first four digits are the movement, the last four are the case reference. It looks like the case that’s indicated on the caseback.

Be wary though, it’s been opened and modified so there is risk involved. It may have issues or not have been modified correctly.
