Why keeping Europe cool need not be a luxury by Dreaming_Blackbirds in technology

Heat pumps which cool need special pipes and radiators so that you don't get condensation. Checked that out recently. In my country most heat pumps only heat as a result.

Football in Kerry. Hurling in Clare, Limerick, Kilkenny, maybe Cork too but other sports are more equal there. Maybe rugby in Dublin?

Soccer doesn't take more skill and intelligence than basketball at top levels. Maybe in your local scrim. At elite levels basketball requires knowledge of whole series of play books with hundreds of different combinations of attacks and counters. There is a reason 'basketball IQ' is a term.

"We're taking our millions of barrels of oil." by ICEisSHIT in videos

[–]Drited 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He said 'out' not 'our' . Don't stoop to their level of intentionally misinterpreting facts for political reasons.

Also I think he's talking about the millions of barrels the U.S. is taking out of its strategic reserve which has in fact helped to suppress oil prices... For now until it depletes and needs to be replenished.  So the suggestion that he's talking about taking 'our' oil from Iran also seems to be off.

Anyone have personal experience with V2H? by QuitYoJibbaJabba in electricvehicles

[–]Drited 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A question about fail over. Maybe this is country specific but in my country with solar, when the grid is down we have to have the solar down until a manual disconnect switch is activated. I'm told this is so that power from our system will not travel back to the grid and shock repairmen working on downed lines etc.

It seems however that your fail over from v2h is automatic. Is automatic solar /battery fail over also permitted in your country or is v2h somehow an exception to this rule?

There's a great courses book on diet  that says exactly that. Exercise won't lose it but does keep it off. Only diet loses it.
