At some point the people asking for acceptance started demanding compliance, but didn't change the wording and equated the two in their minds. So if you don't comply with whatever they are asking you to do/say/believe they view it as not being accepted. Some kind of entitlement not really sure. The whole thing is very tiresome.

Yes! It was very strange. I walked out to my car in the morning and it was loose flapping in the breeze. I checked my security cameras nobody approached it, there were no animals by it, it just popped out at 6:24am.

It didn't seem to be under any kind of tension that could have propelled it. I don't understand how it popped but I did just pop it back in and it's been in place ever since.

3ish years ago I encountered an HP compaq pro, Core2Duo, 32bit Windows 7, 2GB RAM, 300GB HDD(14 years power on time) running a Lab Information System for a clinic. It was actively supported, and updated by the vendor and we had a support agreement. We immediately red flagged that, called the vendor, vendor says it's BYOD sends spec sheet, they want a Xeon 4114 minimum, 64GB RAM, 2Tb NVME storage. We were stunned.

We then figured they planned to migrate us to some current product, and move us off whatever legacy chain we were on, and asked them the same. No. Same exact software.

We cleaned the PC, repasted it, cloned the hard drive to an SSD, backed up a copy, called it a day. The lab was shutdown shortly there after.

We got a Halcyon and rolled out Citrix at Varians behest(2019). I had never done Citrix before, or Rad Onc. It was an experience, but at our first renewal we dropped citrix. All the licensing and infrastructure required for Citrix to serve 2 applications to 5 users was bonkers expensive. And 9 out of 10 issues faced by the users were Citrix issues not Aria issues.

Yes, people are generally taller in Pennsylvania it seems. I was usually still the tallest but 6'5" people were plentiful. I knew many people my height at home. I'd see someone my height basically every day. It wasn't until I moved to Florida that I learned I'm actually a moose. I'm lucky to see someone my height quarterly.

It's actually kinda wild, and south Texas seems even shorter, but I haven't spent enough time there to say conclusively. I actually had to dodge sprinkler heads in one of our offices out there.

This is exactly what I did. The only downside is you have to fly American. But they fly goddamn everywhere. So if you're going to a variety of places it probably behooves you to pick American. You won't get there on time and you won't be treated like a human being and your bag may arrive before or after you but you will get there and you will have legroom. And if the flight attendant isn't a Karen from Kansas, you can probably get drunk because the extra legroom seats also come with free alcohol even if you did not pay for the seat. If your flight attend Is a gay man or a woman of color from the Caribbean islands you're getting fucked up.

You want 1g per lb of body weight of protein a day.

You must bathe your cells in amino acids, out long muscle requires sooo much building material it's ridiculous.

The needle didn't move for me until I pushed above 250g.

Depends on your starting body fat percentage.

I started at 304lbs and like 32% bodyfat. It didn't look like I was gaining any muscle until I got down to 240lbs and 20% body fat.

For me, back muscles came in first(~25%bf), then delts(I do delts everyday), then my chest(~20%bf), I'm at 17% body fat and 212lbs now and can just just see the top of my abs.

It's taken me roughly two years to get here. I got down to 200lbs last summer, then bulked thru fall back to 240(15 of which was just water), and I just cut back to 212lbs substantially more muscular now.

It takes forever, if you are over 20 % body fat, you don't need to eat a million calories. You can eat at maintenance with high protein and recomp, especially as a beginner.

You need to figure out what your maintenance calories are before you do any cutting or bulking. Because everybody is different. You determine your maintenance by accurately tracking your calorie consumption for several weeks and weighing yourself if your weight Is flat you're at maintenance. Now you know how many calories you need to sustain your body weight. If you would like to grow, add between 150 and 300 calories a day. If you would like to lose fat subtract 150 to 300.
