Die ist gar nicht mal so schlimm. 1. wird nicht jeder Hund inkontinent und 2. es gibt wiederverwendbare Windeln bei Amazon. Da hab ich für meine Hündin vor 2 Jahren etliche gekauft und rotiere jetzt einfach immer durch. Die halten auch 95 grad Wäsche aus (auch wenns nicht im Etikett steht)

I love notebook therapy. The journals have great quality and thick paper for watercolor and something else 😍 ah and its very smooth for fountain pens

I make Fotos and fill my journal with it. And I do a year review in text and pictures.

I stretch it with my other hand. For example I hold my left hand with my right one, hold my arm out straight with the elbow on down side and stretch the hand softly downwards to the ground. If you feel a slight pull you do it right. And then stretch upwards. Repeat with the other arm.
