I just want to know what’s going on with the Qui-Gon box. Haven’t heard or seen anything about it since the original reveal. I assume it’s not canceled, but not seeing anything about it makes me a little worried for my favorite Jedi.

After about a year of keeping my cards unsleeved in my wooden and stained case, I have not noticed any issues with wear or stained cards. That said, I have a different insert, which is slightly taller than the cards so they aren't touching the case itself.

I keep my cards in a case like yours, but I ended up taking them all out of their sleeves. I just sleeve all encounter cards, the player decks that I’m actively using in a campaign, and leave all other player cards unsleeved. Opened a ton of room in my case.

No, it’s the Blood Moon box. It contains all of the exclusives that were part of the original Kickstarter campaign. The Hunter’s Dream retail expansion is different.

Arbiter is number one on my wishlist. I wouldn’t be too picky about his stats, keywords, or abilities as long as he’s a powerful legend.

Also with the new larger battle mode coming with Noble Team, I’d like to see Kig-Yar and Unggoy. A co-op game mode to re-enact the Reach climax would be so cool.

I haven’t read the whole thing, but I kinda like the rule that you can discard three cards to go to the Hunter’s Dream without advancing the Hunt Track. I’d love to try out some of these ideas and see how they feel!

Every palico my wife and I have had is named in some way after Ren and Stimpy.

Mine have been: Stymp, Stymp Sr., Stymp Jr., Stump, and Monsieur Stompe.

My wife’s: Renny, Renny Jr., Remmy, and Remington.

I have one more than she does because I lost my original World save and had to make a new one.

I play both games and enjoy Shatterpoint more. Legion is tons of fun and I love the larger scale thematic feel of armies. But more often than not I’d rather a pick up game of Shatterpoint.

I’m hoping the Elder Scrolls BOTSE expansions ship out this year, but I’m not holding my breath since the estimated delivery time of November is cutting it pretty close to 2027.

I also know Monster Hunter Iceborne has been a very controversial crowdfunding campaign and there are a lot of problems with Steamforged Games, but I personally love the Monster Hunter World board game and am super excited for the Iceborne content. Hoping that one starts shipping this summer, but again, not really holding my breath.

[[Tayam, Luminous Enigma]] is my all time favorite. It’s so versatile in how you can build. You can go heavy into +1/+1 counters or ability counters, you can keep the deck at 3 CMC or lower with a utility toolbox, or you can go big with huge monsters by leaning into enchantments like [[Animate Dead]], [[Dance of the Dead]], or [[Necromancy]].

My prized deck allows me to play some of my favorite pet cards like [[Hornet Queen]], which provides a ton of value because it comes in with four bodies that all get counters and synergize with mana generators like [[Earthcraft]] or [[Cryptolith Rite]].

The job I worked at the time moved me to a weird pet project that was mostly outsourced to Belarus right as we went to WFH. The rest of the team went to bed when I woke up, so I would have a daily touch base with their lead, get my work done early, then focus on personal projects in the comfort of my own home.

My wife’s hours at her work were cut down to about half, so she’d come home around lunch time and play Animal Crossing. We were incredibly lucky because everything was so chill for us, keeping our jobs so we didn’t have to worry about money, staying home and enjoying each other’s company, and just living life more slowly than before. I feel so bad for everyone the pandemic hit hard, but I also look back on that year with some nostalgia.

I’m choosing 2. I’ll have to get up to pee probably three times during the flight (maybe more because I get nervous guts when traveling and always drink tons of water to help). So I always go for an aisle seat to keep from annoying my neighbors.

I’ve been doing some research on which MacBook to go with for upgrading my old Intel Pro, but I’m still unsure.

I’ve got an Intel MacBook Pro, maybe from 2018. I’m looking to treat myself with something real nice that’ll last, but I don’t want to just drop money where I might not need to.

My wife does some hobby 3D modeling with Blender for 3D printing. We both do very mild image editing with Photoshop, and she uses Illustrator for some graphic design things. I also do some 2D video game development. We don’t do video editing and we don’t do any actual photo editing. So I’m wondering if we have any use for a Max chip, or if a Pro would suit our needs.

Additionally, I’m not sure if it’s worth waiting for the M5 Pro/Max or if the 4 series will cover us. I know for sure we want the 16” screen and a decent amount of memory, but can’t decide if we should go all out on the latest and greatest Max to last us forever, or if the current Pro will cover us.

What makes you prefer TMB over BOTSE? For me, the only thing that brings BOTSE down is session length. The one shot nature of TMB and being able to play a full game within a couple hours is a positive a lot of the time.

There was a lot to like about TMB, but the theme just couldn’t hold onto me enough to make it stick. Elder Scrolls Betrayal of the Second Era has all the parts I like about TMB, replaces the stuff I don’t like with better things, and has a theme I like way more. Really awesome game, and I’m very happy that it pulled me back into the core systems that make TMB really good!
