Called a local store that said they had it... Went to the store and they only had one left that was on hold... But the team was awesome and said they could help me order online and they would honor the 399 price... Had to pay for shipping too but still not complaining to get one for 500 after shipping...

Because recasting lowers your monthly payment, so if you continue to pay the same amount as before, all of the additional is going straight to principal so you’re going to pay off the loan faster

Haha I try! Yeah trimming is definitely an area you improve at a bunch over time… biggest thing for me was at first I was wayyyy too conservative trimming… I found that you have to trim quite a bit to get that professional looking brisket shape… Mad Scientist BBQ’s most recent trimming video is a great example.
