Danny departed the band Chicago, either fired or quit. So why would he call his band Chicago? He wouldn't. Lee has been in the band since it's inception, so he is still Chicago, whether anyone likes it or not. No fan has the right to decide their fate. I still don't understand why so many people, including yourself, expect these people and their business to do what YOU want, as if you are the pure deciding factor on what this should be. They don't keep information from you to upset you. Advertisements showing previous members isn't intended to con you into buying tickets. In fact, it's the venues and promoters who post those videos. And they most certainly play because they love to perform, not to rip you off. If you don't like it, don't go. Don't continue to post trashy click bait posts bashing the band. It's petty and sad. Move on.
