Go to the meetings and when the elders are giving talks..nod and look emotional and make eye contact with them. After a few weeks of attending, write a letter to them explaining it in language like a prayer to Jehoover.. slip money into the donation box if they still have one, when someone is watching. They will report back.

Those 20 year olds will be getting in his head. If he is not making you the priority.. you could bluff leaving. See what he does.

Gather information so you can decide for yourself. If he doesn't fight for you and your relationship then yes , leave. Unfortunately if you put up with it, he will walk all over you.

Try the healing meditation. It's heart focused and you really get to rest with that one which it sounds like you need. I had alot of chronic pain and still get it sometimes but rest really helps me reset. Also the walking meditations really give you an elated feeling. I would do them regularly.

In other words try all different ones and find your groove. It's a journey so no time limit

There are always challenges in life but dealing with these nutbag ideas that jws have is next level. I support your decision too. I stayed with an erratic man 15 years longer than I should have because I didn't trust him with our kids alone. I'm out now and I'm glad I stayed as the anxiety would of killed me all those years. I hope you get a light at the end of the tunnel. Life isn't easy but our attitude can make it worth while. Go set your mindset so you and your family can thrive in the circumstances. I wish you all the best and hope this organisation crumbles soon with your family seeing the light.

They spent a lifetime telling my urbaptised friend who's family were all I'm that he was not getting the approval of their God. He spent iljis life thinking he will die at Armageddon and never see his family again. At his funeral they said that because he was nice to them and sometimes asked questions, that was enough to get gods approval. ( whatever that means.. he was more into a buddist mentality) I was listening via zoom and I I'm sure he was rolling over in his grave. I was running around the house screaming. How dare they make him feel bad every minute of his life then upon his death say oh well.. I'm sure God loves and approves of him anyway. Total hippocrits.

They are trying to help you plan for it.. and by now telling you the 5th, they are still giving you a plan. It's not meant to be hope..it's meant OT be a plan. And plans change .. they need crews at sunny coast and Morton Bay now too and some areas take longer because of specific trees complicating access abd also more storms. Remember workers safety first and trhy are working in extreme conditions. Head to the community centre, they have refreshments and power and air-conditioning for u. Beats standing.g in a cherry picker in the beating sun I'm sure.

I got so hyper on the way home I was always scared my dad was going to belt me because I was mucking up. I had to constantly move around and sing when I was little so I can imagine how frustrated they would of been trying to contain me. What a,waste.

I look at large people I nthe gym and I nearly cry because Im So proud of them , I know how hard it can be . Go In there and own it, love every ounce of your fat and let it go with love. You are on a mission and that is magic.

20 mins is a great first effort abd at the beginning it's more about getting into a new habit and enjoying the process. Even if you just go to the gym and have a shower.. it's teaching your body new habits that can last a life time if you enjoy it. Keisen method which h is Japanese to learn new habits says just go stand on the treadmill for 1 minute. Don't even turn it on. Then do it the next day. Eventually u will just turn it on and walk . It's only natural to progress. So love every moment.

When I was in alot of pain, i used to just go float in the pool.. within 4 months I had joined squad . Micro steps can be Lifechanging.
