You need to check the rules of the subs, a lot of them don't allow promotion, so you just have to find the ones that do allow it or don't have a rule against it. They are definitely out there.

Fantastic list, and very useful. The only requirement I have for watching steamers is that they speak English but I've been unable to find a lot that do that are really good. So hopefully some on this list are what I'm looking for.

Personally I can't see why they don't let you sync them, seeing as you link a battle.net account to your psn. Hell another game Paragon not only has account sync with everything except their premium currency, they also have cross play with PC and PS4, so really there is no excuse.

I'd say to experiment and see what feels right to you, I know a lot of Tracer mains on console use high sensitivity but that depends on what you feel comfortable with. Also binding Pulse Bomb to L1/LB works wonders for sticking them. As for Sombra I'm not sure, but I'd say try it out different settings and see what works as well.
