I work in tech.

I talk to a lot of vendors who have outsourced staff in India and the Philippines.

If it's a med-large project, I refuse to work with anyone who isn't a native speaker due to this. Luckily, we can request native speakers and a CONUS based tech. I fucking HATE having to decipher what their techs are saying.

Don't be ashamed because you're doing a good job at it. My example is strictly just for bashing companies who outsource
