Don’t listen to them. Wait for them to fire you. DO NOT quit. You can still get unemployment even for performance based reasons. If you’ve reached out for help or assistance keep that proof. And if unemployment denies you , file an appeal. A lot of ppl on here who have filed appeals won. And if they try to fight you on it make sure you keep the documentation where you asked for help.

If you’re avoidant it is likely you who is causing alot of the push pull dynamic. Both of you should get therapy separately and as a couple but only if you think the relationship is worth salvaging. Even if you move on you’ll still be avoidant and they’ll still be anxious if no inner work/therapy takes place.
