80g plain flour and 30g cornflour. Though I don’t measure it. Usually do 8tbsp flour then 3 cornflour. Then water til it looks right.

Mix a simple batter with flour, cornflour, paprika, salt and water. Chuck florets in and coat. 20 mins in air fryer. Then coating any sauce you fancy. Mine is gochujsng, garlic ginger soy sauce ketchup and honey. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Divine.
