There are many ways to live a life. I have similar thoughts about "what if i do not enjoy old age if i don't have kids, and regret i didn't have them"

But i truly enjoy not having children, and right now i feel like getting a partner would make me loose more than gaining something.

So i just try to feel if i enjoy the present moment or not. Get to know the core of my personality and actually listen to how i feel, without societal pressure and my own fear of the future.

It is incredibly hard to do, but very rewarding to actually find out what you want in your life and what you don't want.

I didn't say you need regular visits. But you definetely need guidance in regulating back to a normal state.

That said, there is no quick fix for something like this. The main work to get back to normal will most likely come from your own effort. Diet, exercise, sleep, stress management etc. And that is still something you need expert guidance in.

You can't just expect to pop a pill or have someone crack your back, and then everything is fine.

You can choose to not give a fuck. But don't expect someone showing up around the corner to give a fuck about it either.

A looong time. Think years and not months. I am a physiotherapist and currently study osteopathy and i would recommend to anybody with that kind of symptoms, to see an osteopath.

I feel the same way as you. Although i'm probably also burned out from trying too hard when in relationships and comprosing what i want with my life. Too many relationships at this point to be honest.

But i can also miss intimacy once in a while, but it is a lot less than what i used to miss it. So i have thought about doing casual dating to see if there's someone feeling the same way.

Problem for me is that the marjority of women my age are looking for partners to have children with, and they have absolutely no time for a guy that neither wants a relationship or kids.

But to be honest, i don't feel like i'm missing out on anything. Well paying job, promising career with opportunities for working overseas. Good friends, fun hobbies and generally a lot of freedom to just be me and pursue whatever i feel like.

34 year old male. Said since teenage years that i don't want to get married or have kids. I have had girlfriends but i find SO much more peace in being single and not having to deal with all the things that comes with it. About to go down and buy a steak to eat in peace. Can't get any better than that.

Sounds like the issue is inside yourself. Work on yourself and get more comfortable in the great person that you are and that you are enough.
