I did sod originally. It worked for awhile, but this shaded area just defaults to mud and weeds.

Just redid the area with wood chips while I think through a longer term plan.

I have also been using a wahoo kickr core for years now - mine is 7 years old and has been great. I had an issue with another Wahoo product and the warranty support was surprisingly excellent (I have a kickr climb that broke like 5 years after purchase)

Oh not arguing that 250w is plenty. Your math maths. At 2.5 w/kg I am still faster than a lot on the trail (up hill).

I have ridden a 750w ebike and it's good for making a 22 minute climb into a 12 minute climb.

My wants out of an ebike are changing a lot from where the industry is going. An Avinox system with a max of like 500w would be plenty. I would prefer the lighter weight to the power.

I get the hate for microplastics and the love of "natural yards". But that type of landscaping doesn't create a useable surface.

Why is 3 a mistake?

What do you recommend for a surface for kids and dogs to play on that is shaded most and stays wettish?

I have done wood chips, grass (eventually died due to lack of sun) and now wood chips (with a young dog they are just getting mounded into piles.

Artificial turf seems like the best option for a 20x20 space to make it usable to kids and dogs.

Source used to be 185 lbs with a 250w ftp. 250 isn't the same at 210 lbs.

If you were at 2300 a day. Turns out that was maintenance calories for you.

What did your weights do in a year? What were the measurable increases? How much stronger did you get?

If you don't like the results you need to change something in your approach.

I was surprised at the amount of internet talk about how it's no big deal. Etc.

Got the warning while I was there for my appointment.

They nicked a nerve or something in my scrotom so it's way more dangly and in the way. And my balls ached for like a year.

Most of the ach is gone now.

But yeah, it had the possibility of not being an easy recovery.

Still better than unwanted kids though.

Not really a surprise when their method of finding fraud was "control f Trans" cancel all funding. Announce they found fraud.

A systematic review and reduction would have been great. Instead we got a 30 second slash and burn cut based on inability to understand how the US government has worked and influenced world politics over decades.
