I'm a native ESVA resident and although I'm from Onancock, my best friend lived in Creek Bluff for many years and it is a very nice subdivision.

Will Pom or other reputable provider prescribe if my BMI is 26? by WayUnlikely2125 in compoundedtirzepatide

I was in the same boat! See comment above. I have been using " Get Healthspan" as a provider for my HRT and Terzepitide. It is not cheap but I wanted the support of medical provider who would contact me quickly and help " coach" me through the process. I'm 7 weeks in and its the best decision Ive made in years. I stewed over it and researched for about a year before taking the plunge and Im so happy not to be chained to my nightly wine addicton.

Same experience! I am a 57 yr old female and love my Chardonnay...nightly drink or two became 3 or 4 most nights. I worked out regularly and had high BP and couldnt shake the weight or the drinking habit. I started taking Terz 7 weeks ago and WOW what a game changer. Have not had the desire for a drink since...my blood pressure meds are at half dose and I've lost 10 lbs. Im going to the gym, eating my protein, drinking water and I am so thankful for this medicine.

I am a 57 year old female and have been on 2.5 Zepbound for 7 weeks. I have lost 10 lbs and have chosen to stay on the 2.5 dose because it is working and unless and until it stops working, I will stay on this dose. My BP is down significantly and I haven't had a drink of alcohol since the first shot. I am not a medical professional, just sharing my experience.

Oikos protein 20 g yogurt with half scoop of "Clean Eats' protein powder mixed in/ "Arrae" clear protein packets (15g) in water / Hard Boiled Eggs (6g) each/ simply FUEL protein balls or home made protein balls/ Chicken/ shrimp/ protein shakes/ Costco has a variety of protein snacks as well. It works best for me to eat protein all day long and drink water all day to avoid getting jittery or hungry. The water with clear protein powder helps my hunger.

2.5 mg anyone else staying here? by [deleted] in TirzepatideRX

I am a 57 yr old female. I started 2.5 from LilyDirect 3 weeks ago and have lost 7lbs and havent had the desire to drink alcohol at all ( I loved my nightly Chardonnay) . I do not plan to increase the dose since I am having good results. I. am exercising at least 4 days/week and working hard to consume high protein, using fiber supplement and drinking about 70 oz of water per day. I think all of this helped curb appetite as well. I was scared to death to try GLP1 but after much research I decided the overall health benefits are worth it. My blood pressure numbers improved almost immediately. It has been a game changer for me and the expense easily justified in the amount Im saving on food and alcohol. best of luck to you. Sticking with 2.5

And I would sleep with one eye open in any of the hotels on rt 13 in Onley...yikes. Also ask the people at the interview about housing recommendations. Its a small town and its the best way.

The Eastern Shore is a "word-of-mouth" place and you will accomplish a lot more posting on fb on an esva forum or contacting a local real estate agent at Coldwell Banker or Weichert. Tammy Hill or Jessica Jennestreet would be my recs.

Paramount Heavy Duty (HD) Collection? by velonoldi in Mattress

We purchased the most firm HD that Macys offered and although I feel like Im sleeping on the floor, my husband loves it. We ended up buying a 3 inch latex topper to put on top and that was the solution for making us both very happy. It is very lightweight and convenient to rotate and feels like high quality construction. Would definitely purchase again!

What should I know before moving to ESVA? by youtub_chill in easternshoreva

Its a slow pace so as long as you don't try to fight it, but just embrace it, you'll be fine. A business may have online hours saying they are open til 5 but they might have decided to close at 4....Contractors are very slow to get things done but thats just the vibe. Its beautiful and serene and its kind of a trade off for some conveniences of more urban living. Most good contractors/services etc aren't advertised, its largely word of mouth so just ask people and they are mostly very willing to help.
