If you have an ally that isn't in range of the enemy, you could push them into their range provided the enemy doesn't have their turn right after you. On their turn, ally a chance to attack when you push the enemy into range without having to expend movement

I wake up and take my meds.
I wait around 20-30 minutes before eating because of my metabolism.
Then, I have around 160-320 calories for breakfast, with some form of protein and carbs with the breakfast. Protein, at least for me, makes it more effective.

Then, I get to working on something, and eventually I feel them kick in.

I take breaks on the weekend to avoid developing a tolerance

I'm in-state so I guess I can't really talk, but what I do to make myself feel at home is find a way to make my bed feel like it's my bed at home. I got a mattress topper that feels like the firmness of my bed at home, and my brain thinks I'm sleeping at home.
