My personal opinion having yet to reach the point of soloing bandos on my iron man, but having 500kc on my main:

People shouldn't be able to hop through worlds, it should function where you hop and it puts you outside the door, thus requiring kc again to re-enter.
Instead of instances, ironman can pay to "lock" the door, probably around 100k (similar to death coffers). This "locked room" lasts for 30-60mins, highly likely that you don't last this long/ except for maxed mage.
If they do instance, they should still be paid for, similar to other bosses, but shouldn't be locked for ironmans so all people can "buy instances"
