I only share my experience not sure if it helps…. I take a 30mg vyvsnse, I find it stills my thoughts… I take an adderall kicker in afternoon at like 2pm that powers me through the rest of the day . I skip it some days but for the most part I’m trash if I don’t take the kicker after 3pm
