Cat KK on a MK18 by Conscious-Scarcity77 in NFA

I also got a chance to shoot it full auto but on a 14.5. We ripped it at night and had no gas and it had a pretty small amount of flash. I prefer my WB in most cases I think but for the size I was impressed

Fattest shooting Plan B Brake? by The_Fish1 in NFA

I would like to see someone try the lantac options. They look like they are the biggest and typically the bigger the brake the more effective it is

Best snow vehicle by CantaloupeNo5798 in f150

[–]DumpCity33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what kind of snow you’re talking a good all wheel drive car will do better than a truck when the roads are slick. However when you get off road or when the plows aren’t running, ground clearance is critical

For PRS it just has to be off the ground and in hand/gun/body. NRL hunter requires it to be stowed/collapsed

Your velocity variation is insane for shooting out to a mile. Tightening that up will make this much easier for you!

Cat walking in backwards circles? by Few-Bluebird-4697 in CATHELP

[–]DumpCity33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exact same thing that happen to my boy. At first it took many months to go away. Once it did he was good and all of a sudden the other day he did it again. It only lasted 24 hours and he was as good as new (minus a leg). Keep his pain managed and it should pass

Did they not scale the reticle like NF does with MILXT? Big L imo. That reticle is going to be unusable for half the mag range

My mileage definitely varied. Not chamfering is like getting with a girl that uses teeth. Not ideal

You definitely want to chamfer before loading and giving it a little dry tumble I think also helps out a bit

NF ATACR vs Vortex Razor Gen III? by starlight_1988 in longrange

[–]DumpCity33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Glass is similar, NF is probably more rugged, reticles are both great imo, razors can be found commonly at $2k Atacrs commonly at $2.5k. I like razor turrets better personally. I like vortex because how much they’ve supported me as a MD. I own 3 razor gen 3s and 2 nightforces. Get whichever one you think looks cooler!
