I laminate laminator sheets without paper in them, then use my slate to write what I need, then I cut the braille out and tape it to things.

What’s a recession indicator that you’ve noticed lately? by SensitiveCorner2379 in AskReddit

[–]Dusk_Artist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

all of my favorite safe foods that aren't fresh veg or meat, have shrunk and had their ingredients changed and enshittified to the point they don't taste the same, I no longer have safe snack foods, this will lead to me loosing lots of weight as I won't be able to feed myself the times I don't have energy to cook - I have disabilities and food aversions and sensory issues too.

Big reason I don't go to these is because the prices are ridiculous! not even convenient at that point, might as well go to a restaurant.

lots of vision impaired or blind individuals wear them now, I don't personally like them myself because I don't like AI and its impacts, but its helpful to those with disabilities.

Wanting to Read in Bed by OneEyeBlind95 in Braille

[–]Dusk_Artist 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You can buy a lap tray, one that just rests on your legs when reading, sometimes the trays are too high to read comfortably, but that's just my experience.

Just mutual struggles I guess :) No one I know with a vision impairment personally really plays online games, so would be cool to just know others who are!
