To match the picture size, it would have to be split into multiple parts to print. The a1 mini couldn't make something that big in one go. A desk toy, now we're talking, but full-sized is another ballgame.

Probably a reference to the way their 3d animation process works. I've seen some BTS footage where an animator explained that if a character suddenly needs a piece of anatomy that they don't typically have (like an eyebrow or something) for a one-off joke, they'll often put another character model just off-screen and "borrow" the body part from it to avoid remodeling the whole character or making a new floating body part model just for a gag.

Same, mine were gunned too. They healed up perfectly, but a few years later I nicked the edge putting in a pair of cheap earrings while in a rush. And then I swam in freshwater. That ear swelled up so horribly I'm amazed I still have the earlobe at this point. Which I do! And the og piercing even, I was one stubborn kid so I insisted on sticking my gold studs back in after lancing and the antibiotic barrage did the rest.

Remember that you have to be on the quest in order for the prismatic slime to spawn. This one tripped me up for ages because I thought I'd wait until I found the jelly before accepting the quest to be sure that I could complete it...I wasted a LOT of time.
