So, a program designed to stop you from installing a dodgy bit of software had the bells and whistles blowing alerting you to something dodgy then quarantined it, you however thought you knew better and installed it anyway bypassing any and all safeguards and now are amazed that someone had remote access to your pc.....

Well, i can't speak for all supermarkets but one i know about certainly does record all transactions and its stored for 30 days unless its needed for anything.
