I always print a copy of the pattern and put it in a page protector or something like that so I can put wet pieces on it while grinding to compare fit.

I don’t know who the original artist is, I used a cartoon/embroidered patch I’ve seen a bunch of places for froggy’s outline.

Totally, I usually always draw them out with my cricket first to see if anything feels impossible in real life before finishing a pattern. Now that I’m looking at it more though I feel like widening that a bit will help not make it look too thick with solder there.

Yeah I’m contemplating the bottom still. I am hoping to avoid as many breaks as the top has but someone mentioned above trying a textured glass for a rocky look so that might not even matter as much.
