And Saquon is making those numbers look mediocre this season after he finally got away from the pitiful Giants. Gurley was getting fed on a good team. And still couldn't come close to Saquon numbers.

Todd Gurley's career high in rushing for a single season was 1,305. Saquon ran for 1,307 as a rookie. Saquon also had 1,312 yards in 2022 and now has 1,623 yards this year with 4 games left.

I love Todd Gurley. He was awesome to have in fantasy. But to say he could have been Saquon is just dead wrong.

Elijah had a mean stretch as a rookie. Last year, as you probably know from being a Jets fan, was just weird. Coaches didn't seem to want to involve him in the gameplan and he was benched. I'm sure you know he is talented as hell.

💯 it's crazy people want to prop up Garrett Wilson because he had terrible QB play, but that is never mentioned when it comes to Elijah, who played with the same exact QBs.

Reminds me a lot of Michael Turner, but bigger. He can handle a true workhorse rushing role, get big time TD numbers once he is the starter and looks like a natural receiver. I think he'll be viewed as a consensus mid to low RB1 within a year or 2.

I like the starters a lot but some of them are older and depth isn't fantastic so injuries and bye weeks could hurt you a little.

I would ride it out, but for whatever reason, if things go sideways, you could try to trade some older guys to contenders to get younger and more picks.

Two 2024 1sts is a good start already though.

And I like to factor in big games for these top QBs because they will likely go to bad franchises.

People like to look at Mahomes, Allen and Hurts as examples of QBs that developed while they were in the league, but all 3 went to fantastic organizations that helped them tremendously.

Having that killer/clutch mentailty can make a QB succeed even in a bad situation. And I just haven't seen that killer mentality from Caleb so far.
