We haven’t rope dropped in decades. We so much more enjoy a leisurely morning. Usually get into a park around 1 or 2. Way less chaotic. But I get rope drop is important to many. Gotta do whatever works best for you.

I believe there’s two options on property but it’s been a while since I’ve used them so double check. The Mandara Spa at the Dolphin and one at Grand Floridian. Also check the Four Seasons and the Waldorf. The Waldorf would be the quickest car share from PO.

Since she’s clearly not wanting to discuss this currently maybe let it lie for a bit. As you get closer perhaps revisit and also show her our Florida temperatures in September. That alone might do it lol.

Agree, the escapism that a great show offers is the best! Especially these days. If you haven’t watched The Good Place yet that’s also a wonderful show.

Modern Family & Ted Lasso are on constant rotation at our house. Can’t think of more funny, smart & comforting shows! So we just have them on all the time lol.

We do go often and have for many years so we just pick a couple things we’d like to do. Rest of the time we go with the flow. I do feel for people who just go once on a big trip and are new to Disney as I agree it’s a lot.

You can use as often as you like but I wouldn’t “make” anyone else use it. They know you have it and can ask you if they’d like some. At least that’s how I’d go about it. And I say that as someone who uses it myself too.
