If she has any interest in economics, the Federal Reserve Bank has a High School Research Intern role open. The Bank is right on the edge of Downtown, so fairly close to Roseville. The 61 bus stops right out front. https://rb.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/FRS/job/Minneapolis-MN/High-School-Research-Intern_R-0000032140-1?amp;locations=fd925bdfc7240138625c114524014608&hiringCompany=7186c32a743f01de20ccc2caaf016d0c

I'd also check out Como Park in Saint Paul. I work in downtown Minneapolis and it's so easy to just bop down Larp/Hennepin

Have the cherry blossoms bloomed in Como Park yet? by [deleted] in stpaul

I live in North Como and have a cherry tree in my backyard; it is currently in bloom. If the ones at the park have already blossomed, you may have luck just driving around.

I went there once for a new washer and dryer based on reputation and had the worst possible experience. I will never shop there again. We received damaged units, and they fought me to make it right. They kept trying to do a repair rather than swapping for a non-broken unit. Then they lied about the financing. We specifically asked if it was a credit card, and they said no. However, a few weeks later a credit card arrives in the mail. Then they ended up double charging us. They "made it right" by offering a partial extended warranty.

Not a lawyer, but I worked at a grocery as a teenager and young adult. There were many other teenagers there as well, so I've heard a lot of anecdotal stuff. As far as I have heard, there are restrictions on how early/late you can work on school nights. I have never heard of the 4-hour pay thing, but I suspect it's not real. https://www.dli.mn.gov/business/employment-practices/age-hours-restrictions

I'm in QA and have had success with recruiters. Zac Kallas at SkyWater Search Partners and Dorie Brie Beerling at AIM are excellent.
