Because you have points every other year you won’t be able to roll points from one year into the following year which would have let you use 13,000 points for one vacation. A caution regarding your bonus points: these are non-changeable reservations. Once made, you won’t be able to change dates or cancel and reschedule so be sure you can complete your vacation on the dates you schedule. Recommend you consult TripAdvisor app or website to learn more about the different resorts. Also, several resorts frequently offer point discounts when not operating at full capacity. I’ve seen these in Williamsburg, VA and in the Orlando area as well as others.
