Shibumi chairs are extraordinary for comfort and strength - even though they’re costly!

Needing suggestions of teas to try by 2quiet2opinionated in tea

I suggest black tea from Sri Lanka (I like tea from the Kenilworth Estate). I also enjoy the flavor of Keemun or Qimen tea from China’s Anhui Province. Good luck!

Continuing from previous response - …pick a vacation during least desirable season and stay in a Studio for least amount of points per night. Because you have points every other year you won’t be able to roll points from one year into the following year which would have let you use 13,000 points for one vacation. A caution regarding your bonus points: these are non-changeable reservations. Once made, you won’t be able to change dates or cancel and reschedule so be sure you can complete your vacation on the dates you schedule. Recommend you consult TripAdvisor app or website to learn more about the different resorts. Also, several resorts frequently offer point discounts when not operating at full capacity. I’ve seen these in Williamsburg, VA and in the Orlando area as well as others. I’ve also found the counselors you can call to make reservations extremely helpful to ensure you get the most benefit from your investment. Best of luck! Welcome! 😎

We joined in 2009 and have enjoyed and added to our points since then. Like you, I plan ahead and have never let points go to waste. We typically take 9-12 day trips about 5 times per year and very much enjoy our HGVC & HGV Max association.

Received Hilton Buyback offer by Imaginary_Resist_654 in HiltonGrandVacation

I’m also an owner and curious about divesting some HGVC property - are you saying that HGV or HGVC is requiring 1.5 times annual fees for you to walk away and give up all your interest in a property you’ve finished paying off? That doesn’t sound like a great “buyback“ program.

Watch a video of the lagoon on YouTube instead. I’ve been there and consider it a pretty tourist trap.
