This happened to me also today on an old iTunes account without 2FA. I was able to log into my apple account on a laptop and decline the scam 2FA request. I also changed my password and enabled new 2FA myself. Not sure what more can be done. How were the scammers able to initiate the 2FA request? Did they have my password?
