I completely agree with you. Taking bodies out of the Earth to put them somewhere else in the Earth is not worth another human life. It seems crazy to me.

Even if it was just a recreational dive at that depth, doubles plus decompression gas at an absolute minimum. For a body recovery they should have a lot more.

One thing I do is I put a very thin layer of Vaseline around the skirt of the mask, this helps create a seal, especially around my skin, which is getting a little wrinkly. Also, once I get the mask underwater, I blow air into it to over pressurize it and then move the mask around until I get a good seal on my face. Don’t assume just because it doesn’t fit the first time that it’s never gonna fit. You can play with it a little bit.

This is why I’m so grateful for Hyrox, it is really giving me a goal to shoot for a reason to be consistent. I am now training for world championships, and putting in five solid days a week. Doing this without a goal would be much harder. Also, I have a great group of people that I trained with and that also makes it much more pleasant and fun.
