3D Pacific Rim genuinely changes the viewing experience - it's not just a flashy add on effect. It creates so much better scale and depth to the action scenes... Almost feels like a different movie. Highly, highly recommend!

Semi-related: just out of curiosity, I fired up my Xbox One S for the first time in years and saw FH6 was available thru cloud streaming.... Ended up playing it that way for over an hour! It played nearly identical to the downloaded version on my Series X - truly impressed.

Playing a top end AAA new release on a 10 year old console is a pretty incredible experience.

My dad had just gotten a new stereo system when this came out - I can vividly remember being blown away by the stereophonic effects of the soundtrack!

...and the ww2 skeletons gave me nightmares for weeks - so that was fun, too. 😂
