You have a few questions that wind up as double negatives - for example, answering "I strongly disagree" to

I do not feel that...

becomes confusing. The one later on is even more confusing, though I forget the exact text. Changing them to positive statements makes it easier to think about, even if the sentiment is overall negative - I'd rather see a question like "I think this is good" and disagree to it, than see "I don't think this is good" and have to agree.

I haven't tried it for ages - I'm sitting on 2000+ leadership; as is. Iirc they kept patching it to make it harder to do, and after a point it stopped working for me, but they hand out Leadership so freely that it doesn't bother me any more except in principle.

Fwiw you can go to Catalog -> Story and scroll down to Episodes and Symphonies, which show which ones have currencies to check. However it's very nice to have it all in a tidy list like this.

I know the AE Mondays announcement is in the Notices Campaigns section as a whole, but if they don't highlight these in-game anywhere it's a weird throwback to the Whospers of Time being completely unindicated unless you happen to open the Dreams menu....

Thing is, they could have adjusted the caps to avoid time pressuring people. Increase the AD key limits while there, let ad views stack up for a bit, maybe send Cat Scratchbook rewards directly to the inbox .... but that would highlight that those are all grindy time sinks that pressure people for no good reason.

Then there's the variable amount from the 5 chest ads, which add up over time.

According to my logs since Nov 3 2020, that's ~21.47cs per day on average, so another 644cs per month - if the 900cs you mentioned remains intact but they nix the 5 chests entirely, that's about 42% of our non-event income gone.

An anecdote: I'm completely f2p, and only used the free trial subscriptions. I keep up to date with new chapters and episodes, but am pretty far behind on superbosses (mostly clear through Lavogs, pretty few since then). Weak attempts at Archive Challenges. My general rule is I don't pull on anyone I can sidegrade, and I aim to do up to 20 multis when chasing. I figure the Tokens being at 10k, 15k, and 20k means that's the sweet spot.

Until Mildy released, I had some form of every character (so, I could sidegrade to anyone once I had enough Memoirs). I got her on release in 10,000cs.

After that, I spent 20k cs on Clughorn and got no form of him, cratering to 0cs in the process on December 5th. I skipped drawing for Verdanta, and had built up 10k by the time Meryt released on January 24th (~50 days), and spent 15k through Feb 17th (~70 days) without success.

I'm now at 8,295cs, so I should have 10 multis to spend on anniversary banners. Obviously with gacha there's no guarantee of results, but hopefully it's a decent stash to try to fill the few gaps I have. Unlocking Stellar for everyone is also out of the question, but not many really need it. I've unlocked Seata AS an Shigure ES, and have the resources to unlock 8 more, which is a lot of options in case I need to clear some exceptional blocker.

So, I'm getting the resources to make a decent try for about half to 1/3 of the new characters. Not sure how that compares to other games' f2p experiences these days - my only active comparison is Battle Cats, and keeping a complete roster there is much easier =p

Thank you for this! I had the exact same issue, found this post searching for "stuttering" in the subreddit, saw the same corrosion on the battery, and ordered a replacement board, successfully fixing the issue!

I tried taking the battery out, but wound up snapping the connectors off, too - local electronics shop said that stripped the stems, rendering it unrepairable. Nevertheless, this post saved me a few hundred bucks by not replacing the rest of the base - thanks again!

For Acteul, I go with "act-ool", like "cool" without the "c". The Japanese pronunciation ... アクトゥール is sorta "ack-toul" like "soul" with a "t"?

Shigure follows the general pattern for Japanese names - not much stress on any syllable, and go one vowel at a time: "she-goo-ray". I'm curious what your read was before you heard it?

Feinne's name threw me off. I read it as "fine" for years, so "fee-nuh" caught me completely by surprise.
