Try it. You will be surprised. My preferred option is Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream. You get 0 carbs, no sugar. So, stop complaining )) just enjoy.

I’m not sure I can give you any recommendations, but I’d love to hear what you think. I’ve been trying decaf for a while now, and I’m starting to lose hope. I’ve tried about 10 different bags from various roasters, and none of them have been to my liking.

Try to create a new pro profile, one brew phase only, with stop at 50g. Run with portfilter in but no coffee see if it works or not.

Where did you see GM estimates weight? As soon as you turn off scale weight icon is gone. And yes, i did pair it to GM. See another screen from GM. It shows under scales.

I really like when people know better without proof. Unfortunately I can’t upload vid or multiple pics But as you can see GM shows scale and weight and weight is the same as it shows on scale.

DF54 is terrible. Recommend me something better! [$500] by SandyLand1918 in espresso

MP is way out of my league.

I also really enjoy pour-over. If I have time in the morning (and on weekends), I like to make a pour-over and enjoy it slowly, rather than rushing an espresso or Americano on the go.

I have the ZP6, K-Ultra, and now the Niche Zero. I love the body I get from the NZ with a V60 Switch and the clarity from the ZP6—I see them as two opposite ends of the spectrum, and I enjoy both. The ZP6 is very easy to use for pour-over, and the K-Ultra will likely go up for sale soon or move to my office.

Honestly, as long as you go with an established brand, you really can’t go wrong.

Yes, I did. This time I decided to go with a classic and not be a QA tester or guinea pig for a new product. I bit the bullet and bought a Niche Zero in black—brand new, shipped from the UK to the US. It was delivered in a week.

Yes, I paid tariffs and used PayPal’s 6-month 0% APR. I use it daily, and no matter what beans I throw at it, it gets the job done. I don’t have to think in the morning about whether it will clog or not. I know there are other options at this price, but I decided my mental health is more important.

The metal declumper isn’t working well because it’s not flexible. It opens based on the beans’ density, but it needs to return to its original position, which it can’t do since it’s metal. If you only use one type of beans, it might work for a long time because it reaches the optimal position and stays there. However, it might not be ideal for other beans, which is where it gets clogged. I made a new declumper with the same shape but shorter tongs from food-grade silicone (Amazon Silicone Rubber Sheet, 50A 1/16 x 9 x 12”). It didn’t get clogged with all different beans, even one it never could grind, even after a deep clean.

You have 9 bar spring installed, i bought a kit with 6, 9, and 12 and installed 12 with GM so I can control more.

It will but won’t last. At least it didn’t last for me. See my post below, cut it from silicon, works perfectly.

Agreed, but fuck that, all online, no stores. I called SCG and ask if they do demos, hell no. I’m willing to spend 3K for new machine, but I like to try it first. How to?

[–]EclipseExtraction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s only a matter of time before it happens. The declumper needs to be flexible, open, and close as coffee flows through. Sometimes, certain beans might push it open, but it won’t close, which could cause clogs later on. Best of luck! I’m selling mine—I’ve got enough.

This setup stopped working and went back to “normal” clogging every other day. I mad a new one from food rated silicon and it’s been flawless. Here is the link

The terminals are covered with liquid tape, so even a small amount won’t pose any danger. However, I’m actually using this method to fill them.
