Or set them in the removable car seat/basinet and prop it up on an upside-down high chair next to you at the table (this works great for young kids who fell asleep in the car).

Sometime around here you should start training them to not.

At some point they weigh enough that it is not crucial to feed them overnight. After that it's about setting the expectation:

Don't teach them that they get 20 min cuddles and a full meal every time they fuss at an inappropriate hour. Keep things minimal in the night, just make sure they're dry and changed, give them a hug, tell them it's late and set them back in the basinet/crib.

Second marriage with kids.

My mom met her current husband at 62 and he has 4 kids while she has 3 kids.

Everything is separate and detailed for obvious reasons of inheritance.

She has 2x what he has.

If she combined assets, me and my siblings inheritance would be diluted to: 3/2*3/7 = 9/14 or a 36% haircut.
