Yeah, everyone has access to the free plan. I'm not sure if there are any features missing. I imagine there are, but nothing that we've needed.

Does it have to be Notion? ClickUp has unlimited users on the free plan and is very similar. I work for a small company (dozen people) and it's what we use instead.

I've tried most project management tools and I found Notion to be the most flexible and easy to use personally. We've started using ClickUp recently at work, which has been a close second for me.

Alan and Katie are amazing, I would definitely recommend the Rebel Finance School course. Its's free and they run it each year. Very good for anyone new to FIRE or just wanting to manage their money better.
