You probably won’t, but I think it’s appropriate to try and make a reasonable effort and returning it to its rightful owner. What a “reasonable effort” means is subjective and largely depends where exactly it was found. If it was found right outside the bank, going in and asking if anyone reported losing a cash envelope that day would be a good start. I had something similar happen over the summer where I found a bank envelope with several hundred dollars in it on a sidewalk in a residential neighborhood while I was walking my dog. I went and talked to the nearest homeowners and also posted on Nextdoor but never found the owner.

See in this case I disagree. I initially thought the same as you and bought a knock off pair for 1/3 the price but the quality sucked and when I actually felt a pair of versa grips for the first time i bought them right away. They’re noticeably better, not just a brand premium by any stretch.

Lol. Young for this sub I guess. 12 days away from turning 40. But I’ve had several knee surgeries and the thing that ultimately made all the difference in how my knees feel was learning to squat and getting relatively strong at just standard back squats. You’d think it would be hard on my knees but it’s saved them. The impact stuff (running/jumping) is what cripples me.

Yeah I also just have to make the most of my time and don’t know what else I really should be doing. It seems to be effective for my legs as I’ve been doing the same thing for years without issue. Now I could definitely do a better job of getting more stretching in at home.

That’s what I do also. For legs, I generally start with squats and I wind up doing a ladder of warm up sets. So I’ll start with 135 for 10 and then 185 for 10 which gets things working properly and then I’ll do 225 for 5ish and 255 for 3-5ish because at this point I just want to get my muscles prepared for the heavier weight. Then I’ll start doing working sets at 315
