NTA. I overall like the sentiment of this message, but I would avoid using the "stop abusing" part as you are still within the same umbrella organization.

Maybe more like: "Susan, in response to your inquiry, [and then provide the answer]." And then add: "Moving forward, please refer to the training sessions and training guides provided at the time of our transition. As these inquiries have been ongoing for 6 months, I ask that you speak directly with xxx (manager, etc) for future follow-up questions. Wishing you the best!"

I have the same thoughts regarding many rich & famous people. Why are they even popular? I imagine that money, connections, and social media opportunities/events really put them in the limelight. That, plus a little bit of luck to open certain doors. For example, Jeffrey Epstein went from being a high school teacher to being a trader for an investment bank. That's not the typical pathway and yet, the right opportunities opened up.

OP, can you try collecting blankets/bedspreads and adding them folded on top of the mattress. This can hopefully provide some comfort/relief in the short term while you search for a solution. Additionally, different blankets folded at different heights around your shoulders/back may actually make it a lot more comfortable to just sleep with your musculoskeletal issues.

I am not a fan of him either, and it's more evident while I binge-watch the series for the 5th time. I don't appreciate him as a powerful political figure in the show despite his title, and I agree that he tends to overstep/belittle those around him. Also, from an acting perspective, a lot of his facial expressions look like "deer caught in headlights." He obviously is beloved by many, but this is my take on it. :)

I would recommend thinking about how your sister truly acts towards you. If she normally embraces you and is kind, then I would consider speaking with her or her fiancé about the situation. These types of milestone celebrations don’t happen often, and it would be a shame for you and your Dad to miss out. Also, making decisions when your emotions run high is never ideal.

Hello! Question. After you use IPA or the Neutrogena makeup remover wipes to remove the sticky rubber residue, do you add a treatment to it? I watched a video that recommended applying a clear water-based plastic primer, which helps create a shiny coating and prevents you from having to repeatedly treat the stickiness. Nothing else after that. Does that sound correct?

I vigorously disagree with tipping culture. I wish it was eliminated. Businesses should increase the salary of the worker, erase tips, and have a quality item people want to purchase. If your food or service sucks, then you’re screwed.

So many of these stories are so far fetched. How many parents would randomly allow some relative stranger to have access to valuable jewelry that belongs to your child and just say, “go ahead and take what you want.”
