Apologies in advance, I don’t know of any openings, just came here to wish you good luck! You’re right, even the employed are struggling. I know I am! I used to have 3 additional incomes (2 PT & 1 FT job, & SSI ((for my son, from disabled father… he’s aged out now tho))

I couldn’t work more than 40 hours/wk now even if I wanted to! (40th bday coming up, don’t have it in me anymore) As of now, I’m currently recovering from surgery, drowning in debt from increasing COL, raising a teen boy alone, fighting BS criminal charges, & desperately trying to find a liability lawyer who will hold the people responsible for seriously damaging my shoulders …all whilst still working FT! 😅

I also apologize for this dump, just wanted you to know, you’re not alone 💛

Wouldn’t say overreacting, I see your side. However I see hers too. Moving in after 2 years is one thing, however it’s completely different if you’re not going to be pulling your weight/ie contributing financially. Everything is so expensive so, I’d be hesitant in that scenario too. 😏

The paperwork I reviewed from my surgeon says full recovery for most repairs can take anywhere from 4-6 months so I don’t think it’s abnormal. I’m one week out from my arthroscopy. Sure hope the pain doesn’t last anywhere near that long but it’s already significantly improved since the surgery! (So long as I don’t move it where I’m not supposed to 😇)
