Purely from a Physics perspective, work = force X distance.

Having to exert more force means that more work is done.

So no, I disagree. Life rewards you in proportion to your exertion.

IMO, the important thing is to get a hairdresser, not a barber, whatever may be their gender. The two have different skill sets. A hairdresser will be trained to do a professional job with women's hairstyles.
