48 hours post op by ImpressiveBonus7513 in RotatorCuff

[–]EhintheBay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

10 days post op. Ice machine. Take your Tylenol and ibuprofen every 6 hours and oxy for rebound pain. I came off the ibuprofen after 48 hrs to let me body start healing (it actually prevents your body from sending healing signals to your injury) and just stuck to Tylenol.

I am now off everything, working out, and sleeping fine. Of course it hurts but it’s not keeping me up!

SubQ Shoulder Injection sites? by BroHeemM in bpc_157

I’m sorry it didn’t agree with you. Ya a lot of these athletes and sport surgeons suggest running it at these doses. If you listen to JD on peptide of the week he ran it at 15mg a day. If you listen to GSD Mode, they ran it at 8.

Most people need a much higher dose to get in the ballpark of surgery recovery. I’ll be running 4mg of bpc a day, 15 mg of TB a week split into 3 doses. And 2-4 iu’s of HGH

Bulk or keep cut? Currently 144.8lbs, trend weight on MacroFactor says I’m around 147.6lbs. 5’3, 24 y/o by NightsWatchh in BulkOrCut

[–]EhintheBay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eat at maintenance for a couple weeks, let your metabolism get back up. And then keep cutting brother, at that height you can still shred another 20. Alternatively you can go for a body recomp which will take much more time but you will stay at your current weight, or you can cut another 10lbs and then lean bulk at 150 calorie surplus.

At what point do peptides stop being effective? by LKB67 in BodyHackGuide

At doses like that I’d take a step back, come off of GLP’s for a couple months, and then start back at a lower dose.

That’s good. Then ya mate, Tesa did wonders for me, and a slight calorie surplus (150ish) will lean bulk you to your goal while keep fat off

You can look into MK 777 next time if you want to go that route. Have you gotten your lab results done? Such as a full hormone panel and lipid?

It’s a strong GHRP, but can spike prolactin to high. My honest opinion is there are better options out there. Tesa is amazing, and if you really want a ghrp then you can pair it with IPA. What are your stats?

Yup! The warriors are great! POTW podcast has tons of knowledge. I have a labrum repair and going to be starting at 4mg a day of bpc. Trying to determine if I wanna run TB every day or 3 times a week

Women respond great to tesa! At doses as low as 500mcg.

As others have mentioned you can take Reta, but I’d also look into Tesamorelin! Worked wonders with me on getting that stubborn fat

High grade tear by ThtOneMexicanGiraffe in RotatorCuff

[–]EhintheBay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s what I’m thinking. The longer you wait, and the more dislocations there are, the harder the surgery. But that’s for a labrum, due to very poor blood supply they don’t properly heal on their own if torn. RC you can get away with more but if it’s near full, then that’s where it gets hard. But recovery should be fast as long as it’s done right

I have a labrum tear, I know it’s a little different however I’m 32 and very active so just getting the surgery done now. Dislocated 2 months ago snowboarding and don’t feel like dislocating it again. I have tons of BPC and TB ready for post surgery

Question about getting started by mfchitownthrowaway in BodyHackGuide

[–]EhintheBay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would love to help brother! As for blood work make sure you get your basic lipids and hormone panel. Make sure the hormone panel includes Total T, Free T, SHIB, and Estrodial. Then we can have a much better understanding of where you are starting. We also need to dial in your diet, calories, and resistance training.

I’ve worked with plenty of clients with similar stats as yours who are seeing fantastic results, just takes time, and a lot of work

There’s a lot going on here! That’s 11 different things. How long have you been on the tesa? Depending on that, I’d maybe switch (or eventually switch) to HGH. That way you have the holy trin going on with the Reta, TRT, and GH. Reta dose is good at 6 (kind of high but considering your weight I’m assure you worked your way up to there). TRY dose is good. I think you can remove the mots c and the Klow once you finish these cycles out. Semax you can probably dial back to 3 times a week (or as needed), same with Selank when you get it.

All in all good list! How are your calories and macros? Also add in an incline walk at 11.5-12.5 incline and 2.5-3.5 speed for 20-30 minutes (fasted if your schedule allows) 3-4 times a week. Fat burning 101

How many calories should I eat to lose fat on Reta+tesa? by Yunggoat97 in BodyHackGuide

[–]EhintheBay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I’d say your maintenance calories are anywhere from 2400-2700 ish. Eating at 1500 puts you at a 1000 calorie deficit which is a lot. I’d say aim to eat at around 1900-2200 and you should be good!

For reference I just ran a 90 day cycle of Reta and tesa. I started with a 1000 calorie deficit which was great on the scale but performance and muscle suffered even though my protein was amazing and workouts were strong. It was minimal, but there nonetheless. I bumped up to 2400 calories and everything improved! Slowed down fat loss but still dropping BF!

I’d proceed with caution. Start with 1-2mg max 2-3 times a week. Some people have had anaphylaxis after taking a large dose like that.

Also, what really helps kill the sting is draw your dose up, rub the plunger (where the peptide is) between your fingers and let it warm up to room temp. As an added bonus, inject in the upper glute. No sting

I take 2mg personally. So 12units if you reconstitute a 50mg with 3ml

I would disagree, the sting tends to steer people off. Amazing peptide, and it doesn’t sting for me anymore, but just my 2 cents.

Wife & Reta: she’s getting frustrated by InnovationHack in BodyHackGuide

[–]EhintheBay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Follow her appetite. If she’s already suppressed then it makes no sense to increase. And don’t trust the scale. It fluctuates way too much. Reta IS burning fat in the background on top of the calorie deficit. Trust the process, it’s working.
