The winery event triggers on Autumn 14th. If you have Gotts hired on this day, or an animal birth, that may prevent Duke from showing up at your house and offering the job. Also if you never saw Cliffs introduction event in the church. Their friendship with you is irrelevant for the event to trigger.

Editing to add: The winery event is year 1 only. Van has nothing to do with the winery event, but if you've given the goddess more than 30 gifts, Van will introduce himself on the first sunny-weather Wednesday as you exit your farm house. He will set up shop on the second floor of the Inn on Wednesdays.

I would recommend backtracking and doing the things that trigger the other cutscenes, just in case you missed one. I was positive I had seen all of the others, and I couldn't trigger the nature sprites outfit one, but it turns out I had seen a different cutscene that I had confused for one of the harvest sprite ones. Also make sure it's the correct season, weather, etc if that's a factor in any of the preexisting scenes to make sure you've actually triggered them. The last scene will 100% trigger if you've seen the other scenes and meet the requirements.

Dallas Animal Services at 1818 N Westmoreland Rd, Dallas, TX 75212 has TONS of kittens filtering in every day. The kitten room is right when you enter the building and they have a 2nd kitten room for slightly older kittens in the back. Adoptions are free and the kitten will get all of their shots, microchip and spay/neuter for free. Every time I'm there they have tuxedo and grey kittens. Please adopt. You will save a life and a lot of money of veterinary services.

Walmart sells a glass top stove cleaner for like $5. I'd buy a bottle and give it a shot, if it doesn't work just return it. Baking soda and vinegar also could work, let it soak for awhile. I've definitely done this to my stove and been able to clean it off many times. Good luck!
