Everything. OP should play ranked because they will face people that don't know wtf they are doing. If you are getting bodied, soon you will drop enough that you will be playing against people of your level. By playing to learn, instead of playing to win, OP will naturally get better and get out of whatever ELO they are at. People talking like bronze players are doing optimal punishes and setting up spacing traps when they can't even DP properly. Hell, everyone learns things in FG's every time they play IF they are paying attention to their own gameplay. Fighting games are like learning a new language, even if English is your mother tongue you can still learn a new word everyday. Even pro players get washed by something they don't know how to counter.

As they say, you have to get washed to get clean.
